Product Policy

All of our ingredients are natural and are approved for use on the skin, and many are actually used in food preparation.  This is as safe and natural as it gets.  However, that doesn't mean that some people won't react to our products, or that their misuse will not cause problems.  It's possible, that despite all our (animal-free) testing, that a product might not work for you.

If you purchase our products, you agree to use them as directed, and to discontinue use if you experience problems.  If you have or will have concerns about a product's reaction with skin, fabric, furniture, and so forth, you agree to carefully test it in an inconspicuous/non-sensitive area and proceed accordingly.

Returns Policy

We will happily provide a complete refund (minus shipping costs) on all unopened and undamaged bottles of product, to customers who contact our returns department for an RMA number within 30 days of order delivery.  Returned products must arrive at our location within two weeks of the issuance of the RMA, and a 50% restocking fee will apply to opened or damaged bottles.  Returns requested after 30 days, or without an RMA, may or may not be accepted, and will be dealt with individually.

Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped within five business days of order receipt.  If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you and give you a chance to cancel your order.  

All of our shipping options require delivery confirmation signatures.  This protects both us and you from credit card fraud, and guarantees that we all know where your order has gone.  If you will not be available for delivery, please make arrangements with the carrier (often a note on the door will suffice).

Disputes Policy

We try to be easy to get along with, and have had great comments on our customer service.  Disputes can still happen, though, and should one arise, we'll do our best to resolve it.  If we can't resolve the issue, please feel free to do whatever else you need to do -- we just ask that you first give us a chance to make things right.  

If you have a dispute regarding an order you have made through Mad Mike's you agree to attempt to work things out with us first before challenging charges with credit card companies.

Privacy Policy

We don't give out your information to anyone for any reason (unless compelled to do so by legal obligation).  If we contact you, it will be because we have a question.  If you maintain an account/login with us, we may contact you quarterly to let you know of discounts or new products, but that's it.
